• Responsible for hiring across positions
  • Manage end to end process of hiring from sourcing to on boarding with inputs from Manager(s) and Senior Management for all vacancies
  • Assisting team in planning search strategies and facilitating sourcing and screening of appropriate profiles according to the Job Specification.
  • Plan recruitment initiatives for lateral and niche skills hiring across technologies and roles
  • Partner closely with the Technical Managers and HR Manager to get the hiring needs
  • Execute the hiring plans effectively
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization

Skills

  • Ability to screen candidates for cultural and personality fitment
  • Team Leadership and supervision
  • Experience in end to end recruitment lifecycle processes recruiting IT Infrastructure related positions is must
  • Knowledge on Mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
